For the Christmas project 2008/9 a small housing estate will be constructed.
There are 3 houses to be built, one is under construction and two more kits need to be ordered.

There will be a log posted regularly over the Christmas period of the building of the kits for you to follow.

The plan for the kits is shown below:

The green areas are Grassland/Gardens for houses.
Red is the loactions of the three houses.
Grey is the area of driveway to the houses.

Monday, December 29th 2008 =

Kit unpacked and started.

The housing area being cleared of the previous building site.

The walls of the first house have been glued together.

The area has been completely cleared and is now ready for secnery to be added.
A rough plan is draw onto the baseboard in pencil as a guide for painting.

Tuesday, December 30th 2008 =

Scatter is begining to be placed down and small amounts of scenery are being placed down.

Patio has been placed down for the first of the three houses along with gravel down the side.

Scatter has been laid down, and some off the smaller details are begining to take place.

Wednesday, December 31st 2008:

The porch has been fixed on now, the roof will be glued over night (30th/1st of Jan 09)

work on the second and third houses may start late tonight/early tomorrow morning

The second house's walls are being glued together and the 3rd houses windows and doors are being placed in.
